The Director of Sales will lead the hotel’s overall sales strategy and execution — driving revenue across group, leisure, and business transient segments while overseeing catering sales and partnerships. As a key member of the hotel’s Executive Committee, this leader plays an instrumental role in positioning The Seahaus Hotel as Atlantic City’s premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.

- You bring proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in full-service or lifestyle properties.
- You’re a confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market and always aim higher.
- You’re adept with industry tools and systems, with experience in CRM and sales platforms (Hilton, Marriott, or independent systems a plus).
Qualification Standards
- Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.
- Licenses/Certificates:None required.
- Appearance:All curators must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with Coury Hospitality standards.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- The range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000
- Eligible Curators have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such position and employment status.
