We are hiring for FULL TIME and PART TIME positions!
Our fast-paced Document Scanning Company is looking for a Document Imaging Specialist to join our team!
Innovative document solutions has openings for scan tech operators. We are are Service Bureau that focuses on scanning medical records, legal documents, HR Personnel records and other business documents. The job consists of taking documents from folder jackets and removing all staples and paper clips. After document prep steps are completed , the scan operator will place the documents in our high speed production scanners. Additional job duties will consist of indexing our hand keying the document names. On occasion you may be asked to assist with QC (quality control) steps of visual inspection of recently scanned documents.
Job Duties:
- Heavy data entry, assigning the correct data category to various document types and separating according to specific guidelines.
- Occasional verification of physical documents to scanned images.
- Multi-tasking between data entry software, and separation program.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for hard-working, reliable individuals, who are fine with working in a fast-paced production environment, with strict production quota goals in place.
- Operators will be trusted to be self-motivated, operating within set parameters for their job duties, but will always have support from management staff on what is expected of them.
- MS Office experience preferred nut not required.
- Adobe Acrobat experience preferred but not required.
