We are accepting 2026 summer Leaders-In-Training (formally summer volunteers)
Becoming a Leader-In-Training (L.I.T.) with Burlington Parks and Recreation is a great way to get real-world experience, build leadership skills, and make a difference in the Burlington community. As a L.I.T., you help our programs run safely in coordination with our Summer program leaders.
L.I.T.s must have completed 8th Grade
