Weare seeking a dedicated PRN Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team in Mounds View, MN. As an integral part of our dental team, you will play a crucial role inpromoting oral health through direct patient care and education.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Providecomprehensive oral hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, and rootplaning.
  • Educatepatients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
  • Assessand document patient conditions, collaborating with the dental team for optimaltreatment plans.
  • Administerlocal anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulations.
  • Maintainaccurate and up-to-date patient records using Open Dental and other dentalsoftware.
  • Adhereto infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Travelas needed to support community sites, which may include driving a companyvehicle or personal transportation when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Graduationfrom an accredited school of dental hygiene.
  • ActiveMinnesota Dental Hygienist License.
  • 2-4years of clinical experience preferred.
  • CurrentCPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Localanesthesia and nitrous oxide certification.
  • Effectiveoral and written communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency preferredbased on clinic location).
  • Abilityto work under a signed Collaborative Agreement following state and companyregulations.
  • Proficiencyor willingness to learn Open Dental software, Microsoft Office, and othernecessary systems.
  • Validdriver’s license (based on clinic location) and willingness to travel asneeded.
