Location:
This position is based in Jacksonville, FL. The position is an in-office opportunity, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist:

  • Provide general office support and handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.
  • Greet and assist company guests and visitors.
  • Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.
  • Sign for and distribute package deliveries.
  • Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate (required).
  • One year of administrative experience (preferred).
  • Proficient in computer skills and excellent customer service abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree (preferred).
  • One year of medical office experience (required), including front-of-office doctor's office experience (check-in/check out),
  • Prior authorization experience (specifically through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds)
  • Ability to work in a high-call environment
  • eClinicalWorks experience
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
