Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license (California)
  • Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Comfort providing therapy to diverse K-12 caseloads
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Ability to adapt therapies to meet varied student needs
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services and interventions to students, individually and in groups
  • Assess and document students' physical, social, and emotional needs as related to school performance
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set goals within IEP teams
  • Coach and consult with teachers and parents about strategies for student success
  • Maintain clear records, timely reports, and consistent progress documentation
  • Participate actively in staff meetings and professional development
