Fragrance Lab Technician
? Parsippany, NJ | ? $25-26/hour | Long-Term Contract
A fragrance company is hiring a Lab Technician to support Perfumers with daily lab work and fragrance compounding. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates with a science degree and lab experience.
Responsibilities:

Compound fragrance samples from formulas

Weigh and prepare raw materials accurately

Support perfumers with trials and testing
-
Maintain lab records and ingredient inventory

Follow lab safety and quality procedures

Keep lab and workstation organized
Qualifications:

BS in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry expereince is preferred.

Lab experience (academic or industry)

Detail-oriented with good documentation skills

Basic computer and communication skills
