UMFS is a nonprofit organization that provides a comprehensive array of programs to support children, teens, and parents as they work to overcome challenges. As a national leader in helping young people and families, we also proactively identify unmet social services needs and develop the necessary partnerships to address those needs.
What we do:
Our regional centers offer individualized treatment for children and teens who are being placed out of home and have special emotional, behavioral, or medical needs. Our youth and families are supported by a collaborative team of specially trained clinical staff and foster parents, who provide daily behavioral health interventions that align with each child’s individualized treatment plan.
What we are looking for:
An Administrative Services Manager to oversee the daily administrative activities of the adoption grants and provide operational support related to agency or program needs.
- Manage all aspects of the adoption grants administrative operations by providing programs with logistical, technical, and administrative support.
- Provide documentation, technical expertise and prioritize workflow including but not limited to; document processing, desktop publishing, preparation of presentation materials, flow of correspondence, social media updates, requisition of supplies, and other data, administrative, and technical services.
- Responsible for the coordination of adoption events, trainings, conferences, and other grant activities.
- Provides project wide support to meet all grant requirements, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deadlines.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and three years related experience or degree from college technical school with five years of related experience or a high school diploma and ten years related experience. Ability to understand and effectively use computers and other office equipment.
