Open to Electrical Engineering candidates with PLC and Cable Harnessing experience
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's preferred)</li>
<li>5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering</li>
<li>Strong background in electrical systems (control panels, MPDUs, PLCs, wiring, sensors, motion control)</li>
<li>Must have hands-on testing and production support experience</li>
<li>Expert competency with IPC-A-620C standard</li>
<li>Knowledge of CAD packages (AutoCAD, Autodesk, SolidWorks) and manufacturing systems (ERP, MES)</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, CAPA, 8D, root cause analysis) and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100)</li>
<li>Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 15%</li>
