Position Overview
The Operations & Equipment Specialist is the hands-on backbone of our field operations. This role keeps our mobile clinics running smoothly; from organizing and maintaining equipment and supplies to troubleshooting tech, managing shipments, and preparing provider kits.
We're looking for someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, solving problems quickly, and keeping operations running like clockwork.
What You'll Do

Assemble, restock, and organize dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry kits

Track inventory and manage shipments

Support field teams with supply and equipment troubleshooting

Set up and test laptops, tablets, and printers

Assist with new provider onboarding and logistics coordination
What We're Looking For

Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented "get-it-done" attitude

Hands-on experience with tools, logistics, or tech support (a plus)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Windows)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
