Position: First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $65–$140/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
• Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs and training data.
• Adapt to varying workloads while maintaining high standards in question design.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not accepted).

Compensation & Legal

• We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
• Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
