Job Description

Precision sheet metal fabrication shop looking for sheet metal mechanics. The shop fabricates sheet metal components for electronics, machinery, defense, and medical manufacturers. Machining or precision sheet metal fabrication experience is a requirement.

Task include:

• Ability to read engineered drawings and understand dimensional and design information
• Use of calipers, micrometers, and other gauges for precision measurement
• Program, set up and operate CNC press brakes, Amada, Toyokiko/Mitsu, Trumpf
• Candidates should have skills in some of the following tasks performed in the shop. Experience in every task is not necessary:
  • CNC turret press and laser cutting
  • Machining, countersinking, tapping
  • Grinding & deburring
  • Spot welding
  • MIG, TIG, laser welding
  • Hardware insertion- PEM, Autosert, etc

Full-time on-site position. Compensation is based on experience and fabrication skills. 401K / medical/ dental/ vision/ life ins./ paid time off (sick/vacation)
