Job Description
As they expand operations, they are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of complex building system retrofits. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.
Perform site inspections to ensure work is completed according to specifications, codes, and best practices.
Identify and document non-conformance issues; coordinate corrective actions with project stakeholders.
Interface with contractors, engineers, and internal team members to maintain quality standards and resolve field challenges.
Provide input into continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.

3+ years of experience in construction quality control, ideally in energy, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.
Knowledge of federal or institutional construction standards is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass applicable background checks (including for federal sites).
