Job Description

As they expand operations, they are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of complex building system retrofits. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in construction, energy, or mechanical/electrical systems to join a team that values precision, collaboration, and purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

    \n


  • Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.
  • \n



  • Perform site inspections to ensure work is completed according to specifications, codes, and best practices.
  • \n



  • Identify and document non-conformance issues; coordinate corrective actions with project stakeholders.
  • \n



  • Interface with contractors, engineers, and internal team members to maintain quality standards and resolve field challenges.
  • \n



  • Provide input into continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
  • \n

  • 3+ years of experience in construction quality control, ideally in energy, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.
  • \n



  • Knowledge of federal or institutional construction standards is a plus.
  • \n



  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • \n



  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • \n



  • Degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline preferred.
  • \n



  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass applicable background checks (including for federal sites).
  • \n
