What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with customers and contractors at homes and job sites for walkthroughs
- Review architectural plans and recommend door styles and design options
- Create bids, estimates, and sales documentation
- Present bids in person and follow up to close sales
- Cold call and develop new business relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and smooth execution
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience required
- Custom door, window, or construction sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Excellent attention to detail with an eye for design
- Ability to work professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members
