Job Title: Senior Director, Corporate Foundations Relations

Job Description:
- Collaborate with department, hospital and system leadership, senior clinical and administrative staff, including Development colleagues, to establish strategic priorities and generate new philanthropic opportunities for the BMCHS Development portfolio.
- Set goals, strategies, and priorities for the CFR portfolio to identify and engage funding entities to grow and diversify philanthropic support for BMCHS mission and priorities, including the strategic use of staff resources and development of best practices.
- Determine key growth opportunity areas within the Corporate Foundation Relation portfolio and identify ROI to appropriately resource staffing and/or initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication among Development staff and maintain momentum across all fundraising initiatives; identify opportunities to streamline operations and optimize resources.
- Increase the visibility of BMC leadership and experts with funders through robust cultivation and stewardship plans.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities within institutional philanthropy.
- Build strategic collaboration tools and processes necessary to optimize institutional fundraising internally and externally.
- Participate in strategic planning with the VP & CDO and other executive leadership team members.
