We are collaborating with a Women's Health Services provider to find an OB/Gyn for their practice located in Arlington, Texas.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree.
- A current Texas medical license is advantageous.
- Completion of an Obstetrics/Gynecology residency from an accredited ACGME program is mandatory.
- Board certification or eligibility is required.
Job Details:
- This practice is an all-female OB/Gyn group dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare for women in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, currently expanding from 8 to 10 providers.
- The North Office is conveniently located off I-30, adjacent to Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, while the South Office is situated just south of I-20 on South Cooper Street.
- Physicians in this group exclusively practice at Texas Health Arlington Memorial, which features a Level III NICU, 24-hour anesthesia services, and a 24-hour laborist.
- The facility includes two operating suites in Labor & Delivery and four triage units.
- OB call is shared with another group on a 1:7 rotation.
- We are looking to add a physician to the South Office clinic, with call responsibilities at the North Office due to its proximity to the hospital. Each suite has 12 exam rooms, and the North Office is equipped for in-office anesthesia to facilitate certain procedures.
- The organization aims to deliver the highest quality medical care in a safe, secure, and comfortable setting for all patients.
All physicians in this group are board-certified and proficient in managing various aspects of women's healthcare, including:
- Normal and high-risk pregnancies
- Gynecologic surgeries
- Treatment for incontinence
- Annual examinations
- Contraceptive and hormone therapy
A competitive income guarantee for 18 months will be provided by Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital.
Texas Health Arlington Memorial has a longstanding reputation in North Texas. As a Level III Trauma Center, Cycle II Chest Pain Center, and Primary Stroke Center, we deliver advanced life-saving care to the communities of Arlington, Kennedale, Pantego, Mansfield, and Grand Prairie. The hospital is also recognized by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Maternal Child Unit, offering specialized care for our smallest patients. Recent upgrades to the Breast Center have created a spa-like atmosphere, and a significant renovation of the Labor and Delivery unit is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
