The Service Dispatcher plays a central role in coordinating daily operations by connecting customers, technicians, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

Schedule, assign, and dispatch service technicians based on skillset, availability, and location

Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed

Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, service updates, and follow‐up needs

Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician activity

Coordinate with management and field teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally

Track attendance, delays, and job completion times to support operational efficiency

Provide excellent customer service through clear, timely, and empathetic communication

Use dispatching software and internal systems to manage workflow and documentation
Qualifications

Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or administrative coordination
