Job Description
Entry-level, onsite, 3-month temp. opportunity with a leading ultra-luxury re-commerce brand! As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory locations, conducting cycle counts, and upholding overall inventory accuracy. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a fast-paced environment.
This position will start on a Tues-Sat, 10am-6:30pm schedule and move to Wed-Sun 10am-6:30pm after 11/16/2025.
Qualifications:
- Prior entry level inventory experience or product handling
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs.
- Experience working both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet individual and department KPIs and Goals
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a production environment including standing 95% of the time
- Ability to successfully multitask and time management skills
- Ability to work some nights, weekends, or holidays with advance notice
- Nice to have - Prior inventory experience product handling with luxury goods or single SKU inventory
- Nice to have - Prior experience and knowledge utilizing a warehouse management system
- Nice to have - Experience operating a handheld device (Scanner)
- Nice to have - Prior experience conducting inventory cycle counting
- Nice to have - Prior experience identifying and communicating inventory shortages
Responsibilities:
- Staging and prepping inventory to be put away including verification of product details
- Pull inventory for order fulfillment
- Organizing and storing inventory in proper identified locations
- Following safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Cycle count inventory to maintain inventory accuracy
- Fulfilling inventory pull request for various business needs
- Other tasks as needed per business needs

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT
Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
Pay Scale of Starting Pay for role: $18.50-$19/hr. DOE
