Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We are an established and mission-driven mental health practice seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to deliver high-quality, culturally informed outpatient therapy. What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling using evidence-based and strengths-based approaches
- Conduct intake assessments, formulate diagnostic impressions, and collaborate with clients on treatment planning
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in clinical supervision (if needed), peer consultation, and continuing education to enhance your skills
Requirements
- Fully Licensed LPCC in the state of California (unlicensed or associate-level counselors not accepted at this time)
- Proficient in working with a wide range of diagnoses and client populations
- Skilled in trauma-informed care, culturally responsive therapy, and motivational interviewing
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and clinical judgment skills
- Passionate about equitable access to mental health care and working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and underserved communities
