Indotronix is seeking an :MRB / Product Review Engineer 3, Berkeley, MO

Shift: Second, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Ability to obtain Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Job Description:

Supports production and in-service engineering by analyzing issues, resolving non-conformances, and assisting with structural repair solutions to ensure product integrity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze product/process issues and support root cause investigations
Assist in drafting dispositions for design non-conformances (MRB)
Support preparation of technical communications and reports
Collect and analyze fleet/customer data to identify improvement opportunities
Participate in Material Review Boards (MRB) and cross-functional teams
Identify deviations impacting design and safety
Assist in designing interim structural repairs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
MRB authorization experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or production support environments
Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
