Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation and administrative functions, including financial oversight and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure facility policies and procedures comply with corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Lead the facility staff in delivering high-quality resident care.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative healthcare solutions that enhance processes and outcomes.
• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development for facility management and team members.
• Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff to ensure effective delivery of facility services.
• Build strong relationships with local hospitals, case managers, and state agencies
• Set and review financial and programmatic goals annually to ensure the facility meets its targets.

• Salary Range: $100k-$120k (depending on experience) plus bonus & holiday pay.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must hold a current FL license (LNHA) as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• 2 years of proven leadership experience in a similar setting.
