Soliant Health is seeking experienced and motivated Hospital Pharmacists for multiple openings at a large 400+ bed hospital located on Floridas beautiful Central Coast. We are actively recruiting for full-time contract positions with an ASAP start. These roles offer the chance to work within a leading healthcare environment alongside a dynamic clinical team. Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks, with potential to extend or transition to temp-to-hire

• Schedule Options:

• Variable Days/Afternoons

• Nights 7 on / 7 off (1 position available)

• Shift Hours: 10- or 12-hour shifts, depending on the assignment

  Responsibilities:

  • Verify and manage medication orders efficiently in a high-volume hospital setting

  • Supervise and support pharmacy technicians during shift operations

  • Consult directly with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members regarding drug therapy decisions

  • Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and therapeutic drug monitoring

  • Uphold best practices for medication safety and regulatory pliance

  • Utilize hospital systems (EPIC, Pyxis, or similar) for order processing and medication management

  Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacist experience

  • Experience with order verification, pharmacokinetics, and interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Strong munication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting

  • Willingness and ability to work variable shifts or night shift as needed

  Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis systems

  • Advanced knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and patient safety initiatives
