Job Title: Bookkeeper & Executive Assistant
Location: Miami, FL (On-site)
About Us:
A corporation that mainly operates in the federally legal hemp spaces, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, organization, and financial accuracy. This is a nationwide business with multiple facilities having specific uses. We are seeking a Bookkeeper & Executive Assistant in Miami. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our financial systems remain accurate and efficient throughout our multiple facilities while also providing direct daily support to the owner with day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounting

Maintain and update all QuickBooks accounts across multiple operations

Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and manage accounts payable/receivable.

Prepare and organize financial records for coordination with the CPA.

Assist with payroll processing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
Executive Assistance

Work closely with the owner on daily business needs and organizational tasks.

Assist in managing schedules, follow-ups, and communications.

Support business operations by preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:

Proven bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).

Familiarity/Being comfortable with working alongside CPAs and handling multi-entity operations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve independently.
