We are hiring a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient team as a W2 employee providing high-quality mental health care to adults in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinic setting.

💼 Position Details:

• Provide outpatient psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and medication management
• Full administrative and clinical support staff
• Regular supervision and team consultation with on-site psychiatrists and therapists
• Kareo EMR for documentation and streamlined workflows
• No weekend or on-call work
• Flexible schedule options (3–5 days/week)

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• PMHNP or APRN with active TN license (or eligibility)
• Experience with adult psychiatry; optional interest in child/adolescent populations
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with others
• Strong documentation and communication skills
