Project Manager


Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. Tillman FiberCo is a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, a holding company focused on building premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. We have an incredible opportunity for a Project Manager.


Remote Opportunity (East Coast Hours) within Florida.



Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage the use and application of all MDU/MTU materials and components to meet project build demands
  • Coordinate and maintain strong collaboration between Engineering and Construction vendors to ensure alignment across all project phases
  • Manage handoff of approved ROA packages to MDU Engineering Vendors
  • Review and approve High-Level Design (HLD) and accept Low-Level Design (LLD) submissions from Engineering Vendors
  • Coordinate construction start dates for both OSP (Outside Plant) and ISP (Inside Plant) vendors, and inform property stakeholders accordingly
  • Able to forecast multiple projects in short and long term intervals
  • Use Site Tracker to monitor workflow progress and ensure deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities for material and design cost efficiencies and provide recommendations for inventory management
  • Provide regular project updates, reports, and documentation in line with internal procedures and external audit requirements

Requirements:

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or related technical field preferred
  • Several years of professional work with Telcom companies i.e.: Frontier, Spectrum Lumen, Bluestream and Comcast.
  • Comfortable in a highly competitive, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment.
  • Clear communication skills to guide prospects and coordinate with Engineering and Construction.
  • Being able to solve problems along with having analytical, computer and math skills.
  • Knowledge of new and established software systems and the ability to train others in them.
  • Organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule.
