Join our dynamic team as a Shipping Associate at a leading plastic fencing company. Your role will involve ensuring the quality and accuracy of our product shipments, with responsibilities ranging from product inspection to inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Remove product from production line and inspect for defects.
- Match product to order specifications and pack accordingly.
- Load products onto skids and ensure protective materials are used to prevent damage during shipping.
- Perform basic light assembly of parts as needed.
- Accurately count and verify shipments for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in other departments as required.
- Operate a hand jack to transport empty and loaded skids.
- Load and unload push carts, moving them to various production or staging areas within the plant.
- Enter and remove items from inventory, maintaining accurate paper and computer documentation.
Essential Skills
- Basic packing and loading skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in packing, inspection, loading, and staging products.
- Experience in material handling, assembly, labelling, and shipping & receiving.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Holland, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
