Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Georgia (100% Remote)

Work Location: Fully remote (must reside in Georgia or within 50?mi of state border)
Position Type: 1099 contractor or W?2 (depending on client/district)
Schedule: Full-time (typically 40?hrs/week, including some evenings/weekends based on client needs)
About the Role
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed BCBA to deliver telehealth ABA services to children and families throughout Georgia. As part of our virtual clinical team, you'll provide remote assessments, create behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs/BaBCa (if applicable), and coach caregivers and educators to support client progress.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide remote direct therapy and caregiver or staff training

Supervise and support RBTs or paraprofessionals under your oversight

Track, analyze, and report client progress; update documentation in compliance with state/BACB standards

Participate in virtual IEP or team meetings as needed

Collaborate with families and school staff to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required

Active Georgia licensure (or living within 50?mi of Georgia border) Masters degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field

Prefer?2+?years BCBA experienceschool, clinic, or telehealth setting

Experience supervising RBTs and conducting FBAs and BIPs

Comfortable with digital tools (teleconferencing, scheduling systems, data platforms)

Reliable internet connection and private HIPAA?compliant workspace
Schedule & Caseload

Typical availability required: weekday afternoons/evenings (e.g. 48?pm ET) plus occasional weekends to meet client needs

Caseload typically 710 families or clients, depending on part?time or full?time capacity
