Installation Specialist - Bay View Shade & Blind

$20-24 an hour, consistent schedule and 40+ hours

If you enjoy working independently, solving problems on the spot, and being the person who brings the finished vision to life this could be the perfect fit.

You will:

• Install custom window treatments in residential and commercial settings
• Take accurate measurements and ensure precise alignment
• Use various tools safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Troubleshoot unexpected challenges on-site
• Leave every space clean, polished, and complete

Your ability to stay calm under pressure and think quickly on your feet protects our nearly 100-year reputation for excellence.

What Were Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• High level of customer service and professionalism
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in residential environments

Experience installing window treatments is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings the right attitude and work ethic.
