Job Title: Superintendent

Location: :Minneapolis, MN / Kansas City, MO / Omaha NE

Industry: Commercial Construction

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead and manage moderately complex commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery while mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations, scheduling, safety & quality
• Manage subcontractors, project site, and work plans
• Lead project meetings and ensure accurate project documentation
• Monitor budgets, productivity, and project timelines
• Collaborate with project management on change orders and deliverables
• Support business development and client relationship building
• Mentor field teams and support D&I culture

Qualifications:

✅ 8+ years of commercial construction experience

✅ 5+ years in field supervision

✅ Experience managing $20M+ projects

✅ Strong leadership, scheduling & risk management skills

✅ High school diploma required (Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred)

Note: Role would be based in KC or a Midwest office location - Kansas City, Omaha, Iowa City, Des Moines, Minneapolis, but will travel full-time for extended periods (can be years at a time) to any Midwest job needs across the US.
