Position Details:
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Medical-Surgical
Location: Our facility located at 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128
Work Schedule: Part-Time | 24 hours per week
Shift Timing: Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Sign-On Bonus:
- Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000
- New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000
Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with one of the following:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact licensure is required, in compliance with state nursing board regulations.
Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred and may be necessary depending on the specific unit.
Certifications:
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: A BSN is preferred
- Licensure: Additional state licenses or specialty certifications are advantageous
- Experience: Prior experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to fulfill nursing responsibilities
