Leading-Edge Services, Inc. is hiring a Traveling EV Charging Construction Lead to run field based EV Charging installation projects. This role requires 100% overnight travel (Mon–Fri), valid CDL preferred and 4+ years of construction or electrical field experience. The Construction Lead is the on-site leader responsible for supervising crews, coordinating inspections, and delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Required:
- 4+ years of construction, electrical, or related field experience
- Proven experience leading crews and managing job sites
- Willingness to travel 100% (overnight, Monday–Friday)
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Knowledge of DOT/CDL compliance requirements
Preferred:
- EV charging or electrical installation experience
- Inspection coordination experience
Responsibilities – EV Charging Construction Lead
- Lead and manage EV charging construction sites from start to finish
- Supervise crews and ensure safety, quality, and productivity
- Perform and oversee installation work (equipment, concrete, grounding, electrical, site work)
- Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
- Manage equipment delivery and materials to job sites
- Track receipts, fuel tickets, truck and driver logs
- Document site progress with photos and reports
- Ensure compliance with DOT, CDL, and company safety standards
