Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with boating enthusiasts and customers to understand their project goals and recommend the right solutions.
  • Proactively manage and close sales opportunities, including both standard products and custom projects.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure project feasibility and timely execution.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable quotes and proposals while clearly communicating value.
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and inbound inquiries to maximize your sales pipeline.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to confidently address technical questions and objections.
  • Own the customer relationship from first interaction through order placement, acting as their trusted advisor.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales ability and passion for helping customers find the right solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
  • Interest in or experience with boats and boating accessories is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with custom projects
  • Ability to understand basic technical drawings and dimensions (engineering mindset a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Additional Details:

  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (No nights or weekends)
  • Commission-based pay structure (base + commission)
  • Occasional travel to industry trade shows
