<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p>Unframe is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter<strong> </strong>to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract and help us continue scaling our GTM teams across EMEA and the US. This person will play a key role in hiring exceptional GTM talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.</p>

<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<p>* Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across EMEA and the US.</p>
<p>* Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.</p>
<p>* Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.</p>
<p>* Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.</p>
<p>* Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates.</p>
<p>* Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.</p>

<p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p>
<p><em>*</em> Strong GTM recruitment experience, Proven sales hiring experience</p>
<p>* Experience recruiting across both EMEA and the US.</p>
<p>* Excellent sourcing skills, with a proven ability to identify, engage and convert passive talent.</p>
<p>* Strong hiring manager management skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge where needed and collaborate effectively.</p>
<p>* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple roles in a high-paced scaling environment.</p>
<p>* A hands-on recruiter who can roll up their sleeves, jump in from day one and is excited to join a fast-growing AI company.</p>
