10-4 Logistics USA seeks Dedicated CDL‑A Truck Drivers for regional, drop‑and‑hook only dry van service. This role provides consistent weekly home time, late‑model equipment, and competitive pay for drivers operating primarily east of I‑35.

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: 60 cents per mile (approx. $1,600–$1,800 weekly, depending on route and experience)
• Schedule: Regional lanes with reliable weekly home time
• Equipment: Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
• Freight: No‑touch dry van; primarily drop‑and‑hook assignments
• Paid orientation provided

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies
• Execute drop‑and‑hook pickups and deliveries for no‑touch dry van freight
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
• Perform and document daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch and customers

Minimum requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Satisfactory driving record and demonstrated safety orientation
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screen
• Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic trip documentation
