The Role
Were hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where youll handle both inbound customer calls and outbound speed-to-lead follow-ups.
When a new lead comes in, speed mattersyoull be expected to respond within minutes.
This is a role for someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and confidently engage customers.
What Youll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Make outbound calls to new leads quickly (speed-to-lead follow-up)
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
- Handle multiple conversations and tasks at once
- Maintain accurate data entry and job details
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
What Were Looking For
- Dependable and reliable you show up and perform consistently
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Confident on the phone (both inbound and outbound calls)
- Strong communication skills (must speak English proficiently)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

- Electrical or home services experience is a plus (not required)
Requirements
- Must be located within 60 minutes of our office
- Open to a hybrid schedule (in-office + remote)
- Available for evenings and/or weekends as needed
Compensation & Performance Bonus
- $16$22 per hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus structure tied to results
Bonus Opportunities:

- Bonus for speed-to-lead response time (quick follow-up wins)
- Bonus for show rate / quality bookings
