About Cenegenics

Cenegenics is the pioneer in performance-based longevity medicine, serving high-achieving individuals through advanced diagnostics, elite physician care, and transformative health programs. We serve a luxury-focused, concierge-style memberbase, setting us apart from general wellness and longevity organizations. We’re not just building a brand — we’re leading a movement.

We’re seeking a Campaign & Brand Activation Manager to be the air traffic controller for our brand execution. This is a hybrid role: part project manager, part communicator, part creative utility player. You’ll support national campaigns, manage center and regional marketing requests, and ensure that messaging, PR, and brand visibility are consistent and impactful. This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who’s growing in their career, eager to take on more responsibility, and ready to learn across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Own

Campaign Activation

  • Localize and roll out national campaigns (PR, paid, email, social) for centers/regions.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Content to translate campaign assets into field-ready toolkits.
  • Define and report success metrics such as patient acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness lift.

Brand & Communications

  • Support messaging, PR, and thought leadership efforts to position Cenegenics as the authority in longevity medicine.
  • Assist with event/conference visibility, including collateral, talking points, and onsite materials.
  • Manage earned media opportunities, influencer collaborations, and affiliate relationships.

Regional/Center Marketing Support

  • Act as the point of contact for center-specific & regional marketing requests.
  • Create quick-turn collateral, proposals, and one-pagers in Canva to support local needs.
  • Maintain and update the brand portal (logos, templates, case studies, physician profiles).
  • Train center staff on how to use brand assets effectively.
  • Ensure all regional marketing materials align with the premium client experience that defines Cenegenics.

Creative & Social Media

  • Develop social media content calendars in partnership with Content & Creative teams.
  • Draft and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook — with a focus on thought leadership, events, and PR wins.
  • Create lightweight creative assets (graphics, short videos, reels) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Monitor engagement and report on content performance, flagging opportunities to boost visibility.
  • Support real-time coverage of events, conferences, and campaigns across social channels.

Sales Enablement

  • Support proposal and pitch deck creation for enterprise opportunities.
  • Package thought leadership, testimonials, and data into persuasive sales tools.
  • Partner with VP of Marketing on executive-level presentations and board decks.

Project & Process Management

  • Own the intake process for marketing requests (campaigns, proposals, creative).
  • Prioritize and assign work across Creative and Content resources.
  • Manage deadlines, track deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Jump in as a utility player when fire drills arise — from urgent PR responses to last-minute collateral needs.

Who You Are

  • A Communicator: Strong writing skills for messaging, proposals, and PR content.
  • A Brand Steward: You understand brand standards and know how to enforce them diplomatically.
  • A Project Manager: Skilled at organizing multiple requests using tools like Asana, Monday, or HubSpot tasking.
  • A Creator: Comfortable in Canva (or similar tools) to quickly spin up branded collateral.
  • A Utility Player: Adaptable and resourceful: thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
  • A Growth-Minded Marketer: Ambitious, eager to expand your skills in PR, brand activation, and campaign management.

Ideal Profile:

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience (agency, healthcare, luxury, or high-growth environment a plus).
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns, PR/media outreach, or influencer/affiliate programs.
  • Comfortable creating lightweight assets in Canva and collaborating with designers for larger creative needs.
  • Experience supporting both centralized Marketing teams and distributed/local stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage requests and deadlines under pressure.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Remote flexibility — work anywhere in the U.S.
  • High-visibility role with exposure across Marketing, Sales, Product and Executive teams.
  • A unique opportunity to grow your career in brand and communications while shaping the future of personalized health.

Ready to Step Up?

If you’re looking for a high-impact marketing role where no two days look the same — and where your work directly shapes how Cenegenics shows up in the market — we’d love to hear from you!
