About the Role

We are looking for a Post-Production & Media Coordinator to support our internal production workflow. This role is focused on managing and organizing media, supporting post-production processes, and ensuring projects move efficiently from raw footage to final delivery.

Approximately 80–90% of this role is post-production and media management. Production support is a small, occasional component.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys:

  • Working behind the scenes
  • Organizing and structuring content
  • Supporting a fast-moving, collaborative creative team
  • Video Editing and media management

If you are primarily looking for a shooting role, this position is likely not the right fit.

We value team members who are curious, accountable, and excited to be part of a fun, engaging production company

What You’ll Do

Core Post-Production Workflow Support (Primary Focus)

You will play a key role in moving projects from raw footage to final delivery by assisting with:

  • Taking in content from shoots and properly organizing files
  • Backing up footage across drives and systems
  • Creating interview proofs and transcripts
  • Culling b-roll footage to identify strong, usable clips
  • Creating shortlisted edits (“shorties”) for client use
  • Preparing files for editors and final delivery

Editing & Media Preparation (Secondary)

Assist with light video editing, including:

  • Interview Sequences
  • Rough cuts
  • Captioning
  • Support basic color correction or LUT application
  • Audio syncing and balancing
  • Short Social Promo edits
  • Export footage in multiple formats (4K, 1080, social)

Project Coordination & Communication

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with the team
  • Update and manage tasks within your Notion project dashboard
  • Track progress across multiple projects and ensure deliverables stay
  • Organized and on schedule
  • Weekly one-on-ones with manager(s)
  • Weekly submitting hours per project

Studio & Production Support (Occasional and if right for the candidate)

  • Assist with studio organization and upkeep
  • Support studio operations and scheduling when needed
  • Assist on select shoots as a Production Assistant and/or Assistant Camera

This is a minor portion of the role. The majority of this position is focused on post-production, media organization, and workflow support.

Studio & Work Expectations

Our studio is located at 1418 Larimer Street in Denver (Larimer Square)

  • You will be expected to work on-site 1–2 times per week
  • If you do not have a computer capable of handling large video files (ideally Apple), you may work from our Mac Studio workstation
  • A parking pass can be provided depending on your in-studio schedule

Who You Are

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communicator who follows through on tasks
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of media and data
  • Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro and basic video workflows
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Interested in being part of a collaborative, growing creative team
  • Open to learning and growing within both post-production and production environments

Requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Ability to manage file systems, backups, and exports
  • Reliable transportation for studio access
  • Willingness to work both independently and with a team
  • A good communicator, self-starter, and fast learner

Growth Opportunity We are looking for someone who is a strong culture fit and excited to grow with the company! For the right person, this role can expand into:

  • Increased involvement in production and on-set support
