Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time BCBA to join a supportive school district in Wyoming, Delaware, a charming town in Kent County just outside Dover. Role Overview:
Youll provide essential behavioral services to students across a range of grade levels. This position requires close collaboration with school teams, families, and paraprofessionals to promote student growth through evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide consultation and direct modeling in classroom settings

• Track behavioral data to monitor student progress

• Collaborate on IEP teams and help guide measurable behavior goals

• Train and mentor school staff in ABA principles

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)

• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field

• Must be eligible for licensure under the Delaware Board of Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Professionals

• School-based experience strongly preferred

• Background clearance required per state law
