Architex International is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Client Services Representative. This role is designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting a dynamic sales team.
You will serve as a key connection between our customers and sales organization—helping ensure an exceptional client experience while contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Support
- Identify and engage prospective customers to generate leads for the outside sales team.
- Support sales initiatives through account coordination, administrative assistance, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and account activity.
- Assist the sales team in managing and developing existing client relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product information, and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer needs and business goals.
- Provide product guidance and recommendations to help clients maximize the value of Architex products.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond promptly to customer questions, service requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in developing a career in sales.
- Experience in client services, sales support, account management, or a related role is a plus.
