About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our staffing and recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized workforce solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services (contract, temp-to-hire, and permanent placements).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
- Understand client workforce needs and present tailored staffing solutions that align with their goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and service excellence.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition models, and workforce management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting business partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
