Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Facilitate interactive activities that encourage exploration and curiosity.
- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment for children to thrive.
- Communicate with parents to share progress and discuss developmental milestones.
- Implement age-appropriate learning materials and resources.
- Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among children.
- Conduct assessments to track each child's development and learning progress.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the curriculum and classroom experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative lesson plans.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education standards.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
