• Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Maintain and update vendor files to ensure accurate and accessible records.• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in scanning and document management systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Organizational skills to manage clerical tasks and maintain vendor files.
