About the Company
Join a nationally recognized, Magnet-designated hospital in beautiful Southern New Hampshire as a Registered Nurse on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit. This fast-paced, 31-bed unit provides high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including those recovering from cardiac events, catheterization procedures, strokes, pulmonary embolisms, diabetic crises, and renal disorders.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional, evidence-based care in collaboration with a skilled, multidisciplinary team, helping patients achieve safe and successful recoveries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care to cardiovascular and telemetry patients.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, interpret clinical data, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care and progress toward goals.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and ongoing health management.
Qualifications
- An ADN or BSN is required.
- Active RN license.
- Prior cardiac or telemetry experience required.
Position Details
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Every other weekend requirement
