Qualifications:
- Active BCBA licensure
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to integrate behavioral strategies within the classroom
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on the implementation of behavior modification techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
