Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day & Night options available)
🔧 Job Summary:
We are hiring Entry-Level Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing production team in a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In this role, you will assemble computer servers and server racks using hand and power tools. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing with training provided and clear room for advancement.
No prior assembly experience is required—just mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
🛠️ Responsibilities:
- Assemble computer servers and server racks according to work instructions
- Use hand tools and power tools (screwdrivers, torque tools, drills, etc.)
- Perform repetitive mechanical assembly tasks with attention to detail
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
- Work as part of a team in a clean, modern, climate-controlled environment
✅ Qualifications:
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred (assembly, automotive, manufacturing, construction, hobbies, etc.)
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as scheduled
⏰ Available Shifts & Pay:
Shift A: Sunday–Tuesday (every other Wednesday), 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ($18.00/hour)
Shift B: Sunday–Tuesday (Wednesday), 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ($20.70/hour)
Shift C: Thursday–Saturday (Wednesday), 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ($18.00/hour)
Shift D: Thursday–Saturday (Wednesday), 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ($20.70/hour)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
