We have an immediate need for a Commercial HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician.
- No Over Night Work & No Travel
- Commercial HVAC work, no refrigeration / restaurant work

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician
Work Schedule: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion)
Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + SPIFFS

What You Will Be Doing:
- Customer service
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems - commercial & residential.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to heating & cooling,
- Work with property maintenance companies/building owners to address HVAC-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all service operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 3+ years of Commercial Service Experience
- EPA Universal Certificate
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Experienced with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Advanced customer service skills
- Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- High school diploma or its equivalent
