The Role:

We’re seeking a Refrigeration Technician with the drive to grow into cascading refrigeration systems—a rare and highly valued skill in the cryogenic space. This is an opportunity to work alongside a team of engineers and innovators in a hands-on environment where your contributions matter every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, install, and service cryogenic refrigeration systems used in state-of-the-art cryotherapy chambers

• Bend, braze, and assemble complex refrigeration lines and circuits

• Assist with fabricating and erecting walk-in freezer walls and large-scale refrigeration components

• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration performance issues

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system testing to ensure safety and reliability

• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams on product innovation

• Keep accurate records of repairs, installations, and modifications

• Ensure full compliance with electrical and refrigeration safety codes

• Provide customer-facing support during installations and field service calls

• Stay hands-on, proactive, and always safety-conscious

Who You Are:

• Skilled with tools and comfortable in a hands-on, high-performance manufacturing environment

• Familiar with refrigeration cycles, system diagnostics, and repair best practices

• Eager to learn advanced cascading and cryogenic refrigeration systems

• Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy components

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation
