Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This travel opportunity offers a rewarding role for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to serve in a school setting located in Columbiana, Alabama. The position spans three schools, providing a diverse and dynamic work environment for the duration of the assignment through May 23, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders across three schools.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Manage a caseload effectively while maintaining clear documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success and inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal educational and health regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Ability to travel between three onsite school locations.
