Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services in a school setting located in Lees Summit, MO. The role focuses primarily on early childhood caseloads, with flexibility to support other SLP teams as needed. This onsite opportunity offers approximately 35 hours per week until May 29, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech therapy services to a caseload of 50-60 students
• Deliver therapy sessions without conducting evaluations
• Collaborate with school teams to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services
• Coordinate with staff to adjust schedules or caseloads as necessary

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification (CCC-SLP and/or school-based certification preferred)
• Experience working in school settings with early childhood populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload effectively
• Flexibility to support team needs and caseload adjustments
