Job DescriptionWelder – 1st Shift | Temp-to-HirePeople Plus is partnering with a local fabrication shop to hire an experienced Welder for a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity. This position offers steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term potential for the right candidate.Schedule:

<li>Monday – Friday- 6 am-2:30 pm </li>
</ul>
Pay:
<ul>
<li>$24–$26/hour for highly skilled and qualified welders</li>
<li>Pay based on experience and welding skills</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform welding on fabricated metal components</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications</li>
<li>Ensure quality welds that meet safety and production standards</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience with Sub Arc Welding preferred</li>
<li>Welding Hood</li>
<li>Ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds</li>
<li>Reliable attendance and strong work ethic</li>
